How is Zirconium Coating Applied in Our Experts Dental Clinic?
Zirconium is a tooth-colored material that supports feldspar porcelain. Its compatibility with oral tissues is much better than the alloys used in metal-based porcelains. At the same time, due to its chemical properties, it is not affected by oral fluids and does not cause discoloration, discoloration or gray streaks on the gums.
Even if the gum is stretched, it does not lose its aesthetics.
It can also be used in the treatment of dental bridges (except very long bridges) and on the dorsum due to its high strength. Although its light transmittance is slightly less than porcelain feldspar, it reaches an aesthetically pleasing level when using the correct zirconium system. Zirconium-based porcelain can be used for implant-supported crown bridges, distinguishing them from all other ceramic systems.
Stage 1 zirconium coating: After you decide to make a zirconium crown at the first examination in our Experts Dental Clinic, an incision is made on the tooth under local anesthesia, your measurements are taken and a temporary crown is applied, and then the appropriate porcelain color for your tooth is determined.
Stage 2 zirconium coating: The second phase begins in our Experts Dental Clinic. Zirconium crowns are trialled in our specialist dental clinic, but this course can be skipped for our short-term patients.
Stage 3 zirconium coating: In the third stage, in our Experts Dental Clinic, the finished zirconium coating is processed with anatomical, biological compatibility and functional integrity.
